What we don't do
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own — which is why you don't see a cookie banner.
- No analytics or tracking. We don't use Google Analytics, pixels, fingerprinting or any visitor tracking scripts.
- No accounts, no forms. We never ask for your name, email or any personal data.
- No ads — currently none. If that ever changes, this policy and the site's consent handling will be updated first.
What stays in your browser
Features like My Trip, the visa checklist and the packing list save your selections using your browser's local storage. This data lives only on your device, is never transmitted to us (we have no server to send it to), and disappears if you clear your browser data. Sharing a trip plan works by encoding your chosen stops into the link itself — nothing is uploaded.
Third-party services
A few features talk to external services, and those providers see your IP address as part of any normal web request:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and serves every page (their infrastructure necessarily processes requests to deliver content).
- Google Maps — maps load only after you click "Load map". Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If you don't click, no Google request is made.
- Exchange rates (open.er-api.com) and Minsk weather (open-meteo.com) are fetched anonymously when you open pages using them — no identifiers are sent beyond the standard request.
- Fonts are self-hosted — no requests to Google Fonts.
